Have you ever wanted to learn how to milk a goat by hand, but haven’t gotten the chance? Would you love to learn more tricks of the trade to help your homestead thrive?

Here at Hayyy Farms, we are so excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to come and learn to hand milk some of our does!
No matter your experience level, if you have an interest in dairy goats, this class is for you!
We’ll be diving deep into:

Proper set-up and sanitation
Pre-milking strategies for cleaner milk
The motion of milking and techniques for effective let-down
Post-milking strategies to maximize udder health
Correct milk handling to promote quality products
& More!

You’ll be able to participate in one of our daily milkings and ask questions about how our small-scale dairy is produced.

Participants for each class will be limited in the interest of ensuring everyone has a quality, hands-on experience!

Official class dates will be determined based on individual interest, but may take place on weekends or weekday evenings.
